The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Called my business claiming to be a Google partner, spoke a load of rubbish about our website and then passed me on to someone else when I asked what exactly it was they were selling. Claimed not to be selling anything but was clearly a sales call. Very thick accents made them very hard to understand, hung up on them after I realised I wasn t going to get a straight answer.

Had phone call from this number today stating she was working on behalf of tv licence wanting me to clear the debt with her. I m very suprized to has gone tk debt agency after a month with ?31.50. I will be blocking number and will not pay anything to these it be direct to TV licene. As half hour later I got another call from 01772 221143 again same name she was asking for ebay debt which I don t owe any thing to very suspicious as it was both from Preston both named anika and also sounded same.

Repeated calls but only while abroad , itself highly suspicious. I suspect our holiday info was sold. All unanswered. No calls since returning to the UK.

Annoying call, no response when answering call

This number rings and when I call back, no one answers. Please do not pick up and dial back. Time wasters or fraud.

Called from this number. Recorded message started "Her Majesties Revenue and Customs" I cut them off at that. Obviously a scam.

Unrecognised number, no voicemail left, said the # originated in Birmingham. Have blocked the # based on the experiences reported here.

Caller asked for my daughter by name even though she no longer lives here. When I asked what the call was for, they immediately hung up

This number has called my mobile several times this week (office hours)but no messages have been left. I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. Had over ?3 on my my pay as you go phone but after ringing this number my credit had gone down to ?1.11. DON T TRUST THIS NUMBER AND DEFINATELY DON T PHONE IT!!
