Number keeps ringing bur hangs up when answered. When attempts to call back are made a strange engaged tone is heard on the other end

As usual at tea time and I guess they could tell from my tone that talking would be waste of time, so it ends up a silent call.

Said they were calling from Domestic and General - a company we do have an account with already. Said we were a valued customer and had qualified for a discount. I got a call from this number and want to know who actually is.

SCAM Indian accent claimed to be calling from BT Openreach because they had detected a decrease in my internet connection speed. They wanted me to perform a speed test - I asked them to call back in two days because I was very busy. Their number is registered on this site as BT.

Crackly line, called at 7pm saying I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault (which isn t true), someone called Natasha, couldn t get the name of the company even after asking twice. She hung up as soon as I started speaking with "No..." Annoying disruption of my evening!!
