SCAM, Called to my mobile and knew my first name. Asked me how my trading was going? I asked where they were calling from and they said from the monitoring department. Fraud SCAM BEWARE! Claims to be from 02. Will sent a one time pass code from what looks like a genuine 02 labelled SMS account. Do NOT give this code out Pushed the "O2 agent" on giving code out when they finally admitted this was a fraud/scam call.

They will say you have outstanding tax due and try and get a payment from you over the phone.. they will even send emails with fake letters from the revenue to back there case.
