the caller(female Indian) rang asking what washing machine I used. I put the phone down. The phone range again a while later but I did not answer it, the it rang again. This time an Indian male asked what washing machine I used. I told him I did not take cold calls and put the phone down.

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. Had a call from BT saying my broadband connection was having faults and they needed me to access my computer. I believe this is a SCAM.

I answered on their third call. Liam tried to be my friend, then wanted to know if I was insured. I thanked him for his concern, and told him the conversation was over. Then hung up.

I thought this was a cold call. Not the case. It belongs to Gledhill boiler company, who were trying to contact me about an issue with my boiler. This is a Blackpool based company.

As others, I answered the phone and waited, and waited, and waited. After around 15 seconds I heard it start to dial out, and someone then began to speak but I closed the call before responding. Clearly a call centre whose autodial is calling faster than their agents can respond.
