I subscribe to The Economist, and renewed my subscription very late this year, a few days after the expiry. I finally picked up this call after several days and they said they wanted to know if I would renew my Economist subscription. I said that I already had, and they said "Oh, let me check my new system. Oh yes, you have, that s ok then." and that was all. A little odd, but seems like the Economist gives them the opportunity to salvage some lapsed subscriptions.

First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.

Fraud suspected,claims to be Virgin Media, did not try to verify any personal details or account details. Wants the IP address that they are supplying to me, at which point I ended call. They've called me twice - both times they didn't speak, there was a buzz at the end and then they hung up. Don't know who this is or why they call.

Rude and abusive, Posible marketing. I had not answered the phone 3 missed calls and then left a rude abusive message on phone.

Despite telling these scam operators what I think of them they are still trying to call me. Stupid as well as a persistent nuisance.
