A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. Hotpoint genuine caller. - I Missed a call from this number while at work. Received a very polite and informative voicemail from Hotpoint in relation to the part now being in stock for my washing machine repair and date for repair provided.
