Indian lady started telling me I had a problem with Windows. I told her that she was unscrupulous and I considered that her actions were those of the scum of the planet. I recieved a call and as the gentleman above it appeared to be a prank call and ater a few seconds the call was ended by the "caller". Unknown caller as yet.

PPI/Bank Charges claim company. Latest one is Endowment Policies. Aside from just hanging up, I find the best course of action with these guys is to just lie to them. Give them made-up details so they waste their time with fruitless nonsense. Tell them you paid PPI on a Swiss bank account with ?10m in funds given to you by a Nigerian prince. Keep calm and tell absurd lies, and this kind of call actually starts to be a lot of fun!

Had two phone calls first left me a voicemail saying hello hello hello and the other 2 hours later a missed call they use the above number but have 00 at the beginning aswell I m guessing they are phoning from a different country

My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters
