I am receiving calls from this number every single work day, sometimes in the early evening and more than once a day. The first one was an obvious sales call and now I leave the answer phone on. There is never any messages left, but as we work nights I don't need calls during the day. Why is cold calling not illegal?

Not a day goes by without a moron calling from this number and asking to speak to a Mr Green. The same person calls on a different number if you block the number they are calling from. Keep calling using new numbers. Have told them on repeated calls to remove my number from database.
