After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me! I couldn't understand much of it, but I'm 100% sure I was called a bi*ch. Seriously, I have never been spoken to in my life like that. In the end I loudly told him to change his attitude
Called seemingly to confirm delivery details and then discussed the extended warranty as though it was free and asked me to confirm bank details. I was uncomfortable doing so over the phone so he provided lots more info about me but I then said I d prefer to at least discuss with my partner before signing up: cue the hard sell! I maintained I will discuss it and can can call back only for him to get exasperated and put the phone down on me. Quite rude!

The girl called 'Kate' mentioned my business name and said she found me via facebook. There was a lot of background noise. Sounded like a call centre but can't be sure. I was cagey on the phone as I was not expecting the call and unfortunately am very aware of prank calls. Asked for Mr Collins which is not my name asked who I was and I did not tell them as it was a call to my mobile number. Tried to start asking me questions while I told them I was registered on TPS (yes you can register mobiles) and they should remove my number from their list astghey could now be fined for a breach of the TPS rules. Receive a call from 01684261747 on 01/11/2018 saying it was British Telecom and thay my phone line would be terminated in the next 24 hrs. I am not with BT. I hung up and added number to list of barred numbers.
