Some landline from London area, this is definitelly some call centre, there are more similar numbers reported for calling people. Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. I recommend to block the whole 2036342xxx range... Did someone answer THIS number?

Automated voice threatening legal action by HMRC due to a letter I hadnt replied to if I didn't press 1. Definitely a scam.

I rang the number from a different phone to the one they called and reached a recorded message saying it was First Call Group or something similar, and advising to send them an e-mail with phone and e-mail details so they wouldn't contact me again. I've added the number to my blocked list on my mobile and left it at that.

Caller stated he was from BT and wanted to discuss internet problems but could not tell me when I last used the internet and he than hung up, I have reported the number to BT as a spam call

Scammer based in Rajasthan wanted to convince us he was from the 'computer department'. Here's another idea: get a proper job and go F... yourself on the way.

Had name relivant 8 yrs ago. When said not there rang off. Total waste of time/ Said was from 1st/First Call. Looking at others, seems like accident or insurance phising

Please please if anybody else has charges from these numbers contact the communication ombudsman. currently according to o2 they are aware of this scam but refuse to be held responsible for just handing over money to scammers without contacting me. Just to note if it were your bank they would contact you about fraudulent activity, put a stop to the charges and refund you. O2 refuses to do any of this. SCAM! I had a call from this number. Man claiming to be "Tom" and calling on due to some government funded loft lagging placed in the loft a few years ago. He said there have been reports of condensation and mould and they noted that we hadn't had a loft survey since. He said not to worry, and proceeded to ask if I was the home owner.
