Received this number on my mobile this morning soon after I had packed my shopping away. As others are saying, its UNICEF but how they got my number is a complete mystery.
Hung up as soon as I answered but then the same number called my mobile seconds later. Clearly working from some list which has both my landline and mobile number linked. I can t think of any such list except NHS!
Blocked and still have 5 calls this afternoon on blocked list. If rac not been with them for 11 months
