A Spanish woman phoned twice demanding to know why if I lived in Spain I wasnt fluent in Spanish.This is coming from a Spanish woman living in London who doesn't speak English!!! She became very abusive even after I told her I have high anxiety after just burying my husband.She phoned me back again screaming at me telling me to listen then put the phone down again.This has left me very distressed as I am not coping with my husbands death.She needs to be reported.

They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.
