The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off. However, in that time malware had been installed on my computer and was already beginning to use money in my PayPal account. I have finally rectified this, as well as with my bank. The computer has now gone to computer experts to be cleaned up - at some not inconsiderable expense to me. All of those I have involved in this matter were already familiar with wha
