Claimed to be BT Broadband I suspect a scam

Unsolicited silent cold call, we never deal with any cold caller so they waste their time. Scammers, beware this number.

FRAUD - National Insurance...

Claimed to be from the "promotional department" of my network provider O2 and they can offer me a 40% discount on my bill. When I asked how much this would be, they said they do not have my contract in front of them and "that we work with all the major networks". I am neither with o2 or have a contract....SCAM Fraud

SCAM purportedly from your bank stating that the fraud department has noticed two fraudulent transactions on your account, the first from Amazon in the sum of £700 didn’t need to listen to the second one. My bank do not use a Manchester address and certainly wouldn’t use a pre recorded message.BEWARE

SCAM Third Chelmsford number blocked today. They hung up when I answered but upon dialling the number displayed, was met with automated message saying CB Brokers or CD Brokers. Suspect it's the same scumbags who have been scamming my elderly mother for a number of years by signing her up for appliance insurance for appliances she doesn't own. Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. Got a call from this number saying that someone was trying to take money from my account for betting in America and to press 1 on my receiver, which I obviously didn't. Sounded dodgy

Phone call from Holbeach ref home repair refund dept. Tells you a refund on your warranty is due then asks for your bank details to process the refund. BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.

Fraud - most likely. Call from this number, no one on the other end but could hear a load of foreign voices talking about investments - avoid.

Scammer pretending to be a bank saying I have unauthorised payments on my account. Does not say which bank.

SCAM Called about a non existent accident in January 2022. It seemed to be a follow-up call to the one I had this afternoon when I gave the date of the accident as January 2022. That call came from 0208 050 5310.

Trying to sell me vouchers

Had a recorded call today from 07818619996 something about internet banking they have blocked me and to fix it all i had to do was press 1 to speak to a representative not a chance its a scam.
