Hi pressure sales selling share portfolios that are way too good to be true. Well rehearsed introduction but nothing they say is factual. They use trending interests (Pokemon, Tesla etc) to try get you in. Same number may use a different company name. Just like a seen out of the movie.
Claimed to be from an insurance company wanting to renew an annual policy with a discount . I didn't recognise the details of this policy and I became suspicious when they asked for my bank details . When I refused to give these the called became irritated and annoyed so I said that I was not giving out anything over the telephone . Received several more calls which I ignored . Paid number This number appeared twice in my mobile phone bill as chargeable "Picture or Multimedia Messages". I have no idea who the number belongs to. This mobile phone is a "second phone" which has only been used to make one phone call and send one SMS text.- I've used it for data and local wifi data connections. I'm guessing there's an app or website I've used that somehow is sending these multimedia messages?
