Call to help improve my current mobile deal. Obviously has no f-ing idea what my current deal IS. So its a called call to sell me a contact basically. I didnt ask for this call, so its harassment as well. I doubt its really O2 though.

James claimed to be from Microsoft Windows and there were corrupt files on my PC - just like other scammers Told them I had Microsoft antivirus, antispyware and malware and there was nothing wrong Even handed over to the supervisor who continued to argue.. I just terminated the call and reported the number to TPS/ICO

I nicely spoken lady phoned me saying I had told them I was receiving a lot of unwanted call and that she told me that they can stop this and it is approved by the police , they are willing to send me a box for a one off fee for £39.99. I told her I had no money at the moment . She then told me she will call me back in 4 weeks . I have now blocked her from calling my number . This is a scam and don’t part with any money .
