Very professional.I was angry at them at first as I thought it was a Scam Cold Call. But they handled the call very well. Then I was transferred to a Senior Debt Consultant who explained the program to me in detail. I am just awaiting the papers so that I can sign up with them and start leading a stress free life. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036086xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls, surveys, sometimes also accident chasers - insurance and PPI claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

At 9.59 today (13 Oct 21) a chap called Chris phoned saying he was from the Green Energy Centre London saying my loft insulation may well be causing condensation in my house. I could have a free survey and have the insulation replaced if it was unsuitable. When I asked for his Surname and the details of his company he put the phone down! What does that tell me? It must be a scam!
