Said they were from Seagull Expert Finance and were ringing about a traffic accident. When asked where they got the information they said the RTA database and then hung up when I asked where that database is held.
Looks like these time wasters are on a roll today! Just looked at my phone, had a missed call from them at 9:50am. no voicemail left. Checked comments on here, and now blocked!
