Contacted by this number several times,i say hello and caller ends call.

I didn't answer, but called back with my number witheld. It's a company called 'smart compare'.

I blocked this number after reading on a number of sites that they are a market research company. Don t believe their story that they do not have to comply with data screening /TPS lists etc. I do not think that their excuse we are not a marketing/sales company should excuse these people from TPS lists and private numbers They are unsolicited / cold callers. Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option.
