A man called Karl who is extremely rude tried to get my elderly parents to beook an appointment and told them he didn’t believe they had had it done already . Prey on the elderly . Lady with Indian accent very polite introduced herself and said she was calling from Lifestyles. Asked about my housing, had my postcode - which I didn't like ended the call. I had previously been called by this number so suspect they're using a dialler as the first call dropped as soon as I answered it
