Having said that, the line was very bad and difficult to understand what he was saying. I asked him not to ring again.

Had a bunch of missed calls from this number. When I finally managed to answer, the person on the other line just said "Goodbye" and the call got disconnected. Come to think of it, it sounded more like a robo-voice than an actual human being. Probably was some computer-generated call. I just wonder what they were trying to accomplish with it?!
I thought this nuisance caller had been thwarted, it comes from Whalley near Preston, I will again report it to the proper authorities and hope they can deal with it.

The BeWise insurance company ignore tick boxes stating NO contact - they will contact you regardless. When you tell them to remove your details from their database, they still call the next year. The Ombudsman needs to investigate this company.

This caller not a real person asking to return call but dialling 1 or you will be arrested in connection with a fraud you have committed.
