SCAM - claim to be working for o2 to offer a discount, they are obviously trying to SIM swap or login to account as they already have your mobile number they can get an o2 security text message sent to your phone. The text message is legitmate BUT you must not give them the code. It even says in the message never to share the code with anyone. They need the code to access your account. DON'T LET THEM!

As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. Just received this call which said that I had installed something on my home phone number which was sounds or something. I put the phone down and did no more but this is not something I have requested and I think could be dangerous. Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks.
