Had a call from 01497 874850. From BT Openreach regarding untrustworthy downloads from Facebook / Google. Wanted me to connect to a page on internet to check security has not been compromised. When challenged (ie no problems noticed, I would not connect to any page while on the phone - I would contact BT myself), they hung up. Obvious telemarketing / scamming.
Lifestyle research, 7 calls in 2 days, keep asking them to remove my number. they use different numbers to call from and say if you answer their questions they won’t call again WITH THE SAME QUESTIONS, do not respond.
PPI call, trolled them for the bants. Just avoid them!!

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases accident claims). For sure some general call centre.
