And I think theca centre staff might actually believe that are being employed by Virgin. SCAM: Pseudo automated female voice claiming to be from BT stating that my BT landline and internet connection will be cut off, but speak to our advisor by pressing 1 on the telephone who will sort it out lol Disconnected and banned number.
Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

PPI/Bank Charges claim company. Latest one is Endowment Policies. Aside from just hanging up, I find the best course of action with these guys is to just lie to them. Give them made-up details so they waste their time with fruitless nonsense. Tell them you paid PPI on a Swiss bank account with ?10m in funds given to you by a Nigerian prince. Keep calm and tell absurd lies, and this kind of call actually starts to be a lot of fun!
