My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

Search for an app on your app store called "Blacklist" (There s a few to choose from) It s free and I use it to block all of these nuisance calls and texts. Irritated by constant sales calls from this company. How much ink can a domestic user get through, for heaven s sake? Especially annoyed when caller hangs up as soon as you answer. Won t buy from them again if they persist with almost weekly calls.

Texts received from this number on my mobile- states that you are entitled to a large refund on PPI payments which is a load of total rubbish. Obviously a telemarketer working for a PPI reclaim company. Not to be trusted.

The man with a distinctly foreign accent said that he was from a Broadband provider that uses the 4G network £25 a month for 18 months. But what put me off was as soon as he had finished his schpeel he asked without prompt for my bank details. I said I would get back to him next week when I had done some research into the company.
