SCAM. Pretends to be virgin media wants details from you ! It’s not virgin at all

I dialled this number back because I could not understand the woman and I got a message saying "if this number called you it was probably a hoax call" ???? i've never heard that before!

I received this phone call at 6-02 on the 16/06/22. This was the second one I had in the last couple of days saying they had a delivery for me from the Range. The asked was I Lorna Davies and was she my granddaughter. How did they know how old I was??

pretends to be Amazon Prime asking for money

Caller pretends to be from BT alledging illegal access to your broadband. Asks you to download a website Anydesk.com. This shows you suppossedly all the users who are accessing you broadband. Then they ask you to check your bank account and lo and behold someone has taken money from your account. In the next few minutes they show you that you have been credited with a large amount of money. This is to say thank you for helping them track scammers. SCAM Looking like a scam , this person register on dating app and after ask your number , I give my number and after start speaking on WhatsApp . I ask my name and she didn't know my name from the app , I told to check the app and after to tell me my name , and she tell me different name . I don't know what I say but I blocked .

SCAM. Sending fake messages saying you have been in contact with someone recently isolating, Then sending fake links which take you to fake and fraudulent phishing NHS pages in attempts to scam you for your details.

Mum - Says his phone is smashed - using a friends phone but battery dying - SCAM - WARNING don't call or txt back !!!

Claims to be HMRC, threatening legal action, textbook scam call center based in India, gets angry and curses at you when you don't treat them like they expect to be treated :)

Had a call which I answered but no-one was there. Rang back and got recorded message stating that number was invalid. Almost certainly dodgy.

Attempted fraud. Claiming to be from a bank and reporting money taken from account to gain customer information and access.

This person claimed to work for Currys pc world. Trying to get me to sign up for a new mobile contract. He knew my number but not my name. When I called him out, he was very abusive then hung up ..... Invalid number when I rang back.

100 a scam The caller was a very poor speaker of English who went through a list of questions as though it was some manner of survey then in order to confirm my thank you gift for taking part in the survey the caller asked me to visit a website and download software called Teamviewer which is software they can use to remote control your computer

SCAM I was told it was Barclays Security Team, when I said I'd not had a credit card for 2 years, The guy turned around and told me it was Barclaycard Debit card fraud team, which to my knowledge, Barclaycard don't do a Debit card.

SCAM txt message from this number. Advising me I’ve been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive. Please order a test kit: with a web address. (Doesn’t even say positive for what) Fools! I attempted to look up the web address on my iPad and it came up as non existent. Presumably they would have tried to make me pay for them.

SCAM as it's about nonsense saying legal action something about a letter being sent back and something about the queen it was odd as I don't usually get phone calls like that not since a few days ago and it's beginning to annoy me as receiving phone calls like I did today has only been a distraction and it has overwhelmed me to my limits I hope it stops soon as I'm not so sure how much more I can take of this
