Phone number called twice sounds like a scam call center with chatter going on in the background.

This was a call from a call tariff firm wanting to increase its network it is a cold call and has obtained my number via a sale from other companies I have blocked the number and asked the company to remove me from their call lists immediately this is the second call i have had from a similar number and I asked the last called to remove my number also this did not happen the 1st Time - I will see if it happens again.
Keep phoning approximately every 15 minutes but do not leave any message on my ansaphone
Continue to call every day but change the digits slightly, always hang up as i wait for someone to talk when accepting the call.

Automated voice telling me there were charges to my account. One from amazon and one an international money transfer. I could press 1 to allow or 2 to speak to someone about it. LOAD OF RUBBISH, TOTAL SCAM JUST LOOKING FOR PERSONAL DETAILS AND BANK DETAILS. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS NUMBER.
I don’t know who they are but I will find them I have a very unique set of skills I will kill you. They are saying that they want to send free lottery tickets. Scam. They are a debt recovery agency trying to track down people with bad debt. I don’t do debt I owe no one anything how the hell they got my number is a mystery. Any I think they are a fraud. The number is now blocked. I thought there was a law against this sort of phone scam.

Had a couple of calls from this number over the past couple of weeks, the phone rang for a while and when I answered the line went dead.
Pakistani said he was called Nahim Amin. Tried to sell me his mum but I said no. He said he could reduce the price I said I’m not interested . Not into hookers. Caller said name was PERRY HUTHES asked numerous personal questions managed to get my mum and dad's ages and details about house security before my mum managed to get the phone off Dad. suggested working with Warwickshire police - vague enough to not be an outright lie wanted to get someone into the house for a sales visit. hard sell rather than scammer I think, but still very annoying and careful probing for personal details set the alarm bells ringing.
This number is noted as customer service desk on a spoof email. A receipt of purchase of items I didn't buy. Contacted eBay through the official website. This is a scam!
