Seemingly not legitimate. Called three times about after a very low single figure normal transaction also texted more than once. Transaction approved. Tread very carefully. This number may have been hijacked.

No idea who called, but no message left. Can’t dial back as you get number not recognised. Similar numbers have called over the last couple of days, again, numbers not recognised when you dial back. These were 01256 831071 and 01256 831056.

recording purporting to be from Inland Revenue, saying I was about to be hit by a big lawsuit and insisting I call a number which I was unable to write down. Obvious tosh
was PPI company given my details by Joel c**ker another PPI broker.
Automated message (American accent) saying they are from HM Revenue and Customs. It is a time sensitive issue and they want you to call back - they give you the number to phone!!

Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)

Spam call, claiming to be from BT and saying hackers have got into your computer but BT will help you to sort it out. If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!
Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.

SCAMThis number is a scam - they ring up and claim to be from BT technical dept. They then try and get you to giv details of your internet / computer signins.
Got the call 3 times within 2 days from this number at different time, when answer, either silent or hear music only.
SCAM. Fraud. DO NOT PICK UP when you receive a call from this number. They will say they are from Monzo bank and will try to scam you. The number is very similar to the genuine Monzo bank contact number. There is only a difference of the last 2-digits of the phone number. They will trick you into believing that your account is not safe and needs to upgrade the security of your Monzo account, asking to transfer your money into a 'safe account' they provide.

SCAM - On answer a strident recorded message tells you that "A criminal tax fraud case has been lodged against you". I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. Santoshi hacker really came through for me, he got all our scammed funds recovered back to our trading wallet and it all happened under 72 hours exactly as he said, he got integrity and works with time, before i got referred to santoshi hacker i have tried four different hacker's and they all scammed me, I was surfing the internet trying to know how these scammers operate to avoid falling into their trap hopefully when next I want to invest that's when I came across an article review posted by an individual

Was from an Indian Call Centre (you could tell from the background noise) asking about a car accident I had during the last 2 years (I have not had one) so I challenged him as to where he got my number from he hung up.
