We have been receiving a large number of calls since last Wednesday from various scared and vulnerable people thinking this is true. We have now had to change our phone number to stop the calls. Automated caller: Said there had been illegal activity on my internet and it will be disconnected shortly, unless I contacted my provider. I was then asked to press the number of the person who would deal with the situation. Of which I hung up as was unsure if this was legit or not? but to my knowledge nothing illegal has been happening on my internet, this is very concerning if it is a scam, as this could make some one ill with worry as to what may be happening on the computer with them being unaware!!!!
