Didn't ring just popped up as a missed call, but defiantly very weary about it

SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. I queried several times about his genuine employment by British Gas and he finally hung up the phone.

stated was a legal copany wanting to deal with personal injury claim. Hadd loads of details about accident. Told caller that already in hands of solicitors and broke off conversation. Wonder where they get the information from?

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Lady with Asian accent. Alleging I am due a refund for over £200 for an overpaid bill. Knew my name, next asked my age and I put the phone down. Assume next ? would have been for bank details.

I received an unexpected call from 020 8058 1673. Upon answering I heard a robotic voice (female) saying 'Goodbye' and the line went dead. With all the incidents of spyware and viruses being deployed via a call, this is rather alarming. Please be careful. Do not answer this Automated call number.
