this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100. Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.

Answered call. Nobody responding on the other end with strange ringing noise in background. Has all the hallmarks of a scam or worse (e.g. phone hack). Avoid in all circumstances would be my considered advice.

I ve had several calls from this number, but each time I ve not answered. As with other comments, I believe that this number is associated with a PPI claims company. Finally, I have to say that they are extremely persistent!!!
