Often recieve calls claiming to be from Royal Sun Alliance. RSA are MOTABILITY insurer and we are being targetted for a very minor incident while our MOTABILITY car was stationary/parked/empty off road!Unwelcome, uninvited, disconcerting as related calls can be aggressive. I have just a call from Consumer Justice Group on 0161-0825460. They have either got a new number or perhaps they have multiple numbers.

Ring their phone: you ll find the voice message is by teenager who can barely read the script. The script is by someone who can t write - "If you have had A accident...". So if that s the effort and expense they re prepared to invest into making their first impression, imagine how diligent their customer service must be. Enough said.

Phoning multiple times and not leaving a voice message
Getting several missed calls a week from this no. Starting to get v annoying. Called them back, its a telemarketing co appointed on behalf of charities and some government organisations. The message assured me it wasn t urgent and that they will try to call back.

SCAM / SPAM said they were from Visa Headquarters and that a payment of £600 had been made on my Barclaycard. I don’t have a Barclaycard and when I suggested this they hung up. It was an Indian man and the phone number is a Rugby code.
