I asked him why no security? He said he was regulated by OFCOM and not allowed to take any personal details. had 5 calls per day for the last 2 weeks, finally had enough and answered them, wished I hadn't. I had a non-fault car accident in Jan 2015 - these people claimed they could help me get some cash for me for the injuries I'd had (I didn't have any), and the amount of time I stayed in the hospital (I didn't), the amount of time I had to take off work (I didn't) etc, etc. Knew a lot about my accident, but didn't have the name of the road the accident was on, what car I had, where I lived. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19169141xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with spam/telemarketing calls, sometimes from energy companies. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
