It's a 'clever' automated call, very sneaky and creepy about a "local energy adviser in my area" - not at all human with a bunch of questions and responses that are easy to spot if you know how. Older people will def be taken in - horrible development of technology!

I said I did not know who he was and he said is that Mrs A of my address again and that he had just started work but it was given to him by a previous colleague. Absolutely wrong. I just hung up. Absolutely vile people, had non stop calls from them I've asked them to remove my number as I haven't signed up for anything to be told they ain't doing * for me and are giving my number to China so they can harass me ???? I can see this is a number in a bank of numbers (I.e. only last 2 digits change) that a few people have received calls from, my guess it's a call centre/marketer buying a local set of numbers.

They called me in Greece and they spoke Greek. I asked who it was but they didn't answer and they asked again if I was ok. I hung up.
SCAM. Pretending to be from BT. Saying there is something wrong with my internet even though they are not my provider. When questioned if they're really from BT, used offensive language, swearing.
Called at 17:45 today, after 15 seconds of silence an asian accented voice said Goodbye and then put the phone down. These companies are parasites.
