Housing disrepair scam I didn't answer them, but I phoned back and instantly Asian woman says my name ,so I decided to play along for a little while, until she asked me for personal details so I gave her the address of my local police station

It sounded like an automatic voice, I think. It was definitely more than one voice and it didn't seem like a live person talking with me.

SCAM: Phone rang and then caller, a computer, hung up when I didn't speak! Suspected computer call trying to sniff out voice lines. If you answer then the line is detected as 'a voice line' and will usually be logged or routed through to a sales person. You'll be called back later by some sales dude. They're usually trying to flog or get you to sign up for house insulation or some scam survey based on a government scheme. They're usually quick to say they're not selling, simply enquiring; surveying; etc.

They keep calling me after Ive said Im not interested they say they are Virgin Media insistent and wanting personal information I normally hang up Ive now blocked the number Beware

This is linked to a scam where a company is contacting O2 customers offeri g a 40 percent discount on your tarriff. Do not answer, do not give your details under any circumstances.

SCAM Call from this number and again a male with a strong Asian accent. He knew my name and asked if I was that person. I didn't confirm but when I questionned him about who he was, he said he was calling from Health Department. When I asked him to define WHICH Health Department, he stalled. I said "you don't know, do you? There are many UK Health departments". At this point he simply hung up. I consider thiis a risk and potential scam.

Had ring me 2 days in a row. A man with a very strong Indian accent said he was ringing from O2 saying as a loyal O2 customer I qualify for a discount on my O2 monthly bill. When he started asking me to go into messages to see a text he was sending to me I decided it sounded dodgy and hung up. Today I just told them I don't believe they are ringing from O2 and told them to F off before hanging up.

SCAM it was a automated message in a american accent voice that claimed it was from hmrc and it tries to fear you into thinking your in trouble and it wants you to press 1 to contact a officer which more than likely you probably shouldnt do, hang up and block them instead.

Randomly called said she was from sky and said our internet is slow. Tried to get us to download and app called quick support. This app allows people to remotely access your phone. Very dangerous as the can get so many details this way. We questioned her and she hung up. Called back and metro express answered, Im guessing this number is used for numerous amounts of scams. Fraud - tried to get me to respond to an email he sent during our call. He wanted me to take out my money from cryptocurrency and put it into an account allegedly held by BSL financial, as my trading company was money laundering and lost their licence to trade. He was very convincing but I have contacts who investigated for me quickly and advised me NOT to reply or answer any further calls.
