Called asking if I had been in an accident, said it was being dealt with by insurance and then rapidly put through to a supervisor (so ignored my reply), this person was blatantly overseas and I told them the same, that it is being dealt with, so he just cut me off! Told both of them I was busy at work, but they did not listen - should have just hung-up! RUDE MORONS

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. My parents, both in their 80 s, have been receiving calls from this number. Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. Since neither of them are in great physical form, it is extremely worrying that these nuisance calls are causing them great discomfort. What can be done about it?
