The caller could not confirm their registered address and said they do not have a website. She also asked for my full name. I stopped her there and asked her to validate her company. She said she does not have that information and would need to call head office then call me back. Erm!

SCAM. Apparently from Sky - asked a number of questions re number of lights on / colour of lights on router (gave stupid answers as i have at least one of these calls a day). They wanted to access my computer to show me the problems i had been having - said needed permission from the company i worked for to access (asked if i had my own to which i said no), they then hung up.
Calls numerous times a day for weeks now on both of our O pay as you go sims so no, we don’t need to pay a bill ????. Answered one today, but me in a queue to speak to someone. I hung up. Absolutely disgraceful
