SCAM Caller purported to be from BT, worried that a third party was trying to change my IP address from private to public. I ended the call before I discovered whether they were trying to get payment or download software.

Using Email no-reply@email.fonehouse.co.uk. Checked with 3 Network and Fonehouse - this is a scammer and Fonehouse do not use that email address. Always remember - if its to good to be true - it generally is.

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! Fraud : An automated message claiming to be from HMRC and claiming to be initiating legal action against me. An Indian accented call centre worker then asked how she could help me and I spoke briefly before she told me to shut up 3 times and ended the call.

Fraud SPAM Had a missed call and when I rang back no one on line after recording. Second time I tried man in a foriegn accent said I had won a massive discount in a competition. When I enquired what the discount was he stalled. The caller claims to be from D2MS. Never heard of them though. Seemed a scam

Beware this is a scam phone number. About a random card being used.

Automated voice says this is a bank alert, there have been two charges on your card , it then gives the details of the ‘transactions’ one supposedly for £200+ on Amazon, the other a bank transfer for over £1000. Then asked to press one or two depending on whether you have made these payments or not.

Second, robot claiming to be HMRC invoking legal action and to press one to contact an officer. I ignored the call and checked my HMRC account: nothing was wrong. Third time, same shit, just blocked and ignored it.

Called today 20th April 2026. Caller was female with an Indian sounding accent. She she was from Amazon security and there was unusual action on my account. Had I ordered an Apple i phone? This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.
