This is a SCAM. Most domestic appliance insurances are D&G. These scammers get lucky, more often than not. They got lucky with me, initially, until they asked me to confirm my bank account direct debit details. You already have that on file, don?t you? Yes, but ... please tell us again. Yeah, right! FRAUD SCAM Recorded message claiming that my internet service would be disconnected due to my (unnamed) ISP detecting 'illegal' activity from my connection and inviting me to press 1 to connect to an 'executive'.
