100% trustworthy because no-one has said otherwise yet????? Thats hardly a way to grade something. Maybe its 100% Scam but no-one has said otherwise. Other websites say its Indian call centres asking for details claim to be EE or o2 or Virgin so that doesnt sound very authentic does it - and if you havent asked for Indian call centres to call you its spam and a likely fraud
Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. called alot so i answered a few times without speaking and they hung up immediately. Then i answered and went along with "the nice man from Microsoft" who wanted to "fix" my computer. When i got to a step that would do something to my computer i told him i thought he was a fake and a terrible person for sucking people in and he got really angry and went off!
