This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked

Calls and hangs up when you answer. No idea who it is.

The same thing happened to me rings and then they hung up thank goodness I always check a strange number on this site and found it is a scam

ignore, unsolicited call

An Asian caller soon transferred me to a guy in Brighton making an illegal call to charge me an extortionate amount for 3 years cover after the warranty has expired on a washing machine that I've never owned. These UK centres should be closed down and fined by our "caring" system.

SCAM / SPAM- hung up as soon as answered

SCAM An Asian sounding women offering to renew our kitchen appliance's insurance cover at a discounted price (though it seemed like a hellishly expensive discounted price) and she seemed to have all the relevant details (except my real first name) and was polite until she rang off when I refused to accept her transferring the call to her manager.

The message on my mobile phone said suspected spam so I didn't answer it

SCAM / SPAM fake HMRC call saying you will be arrested if you don't press 1 - blocked.

Phishing scam claiming to be HMRC advising of tax fraud case and if you don't select option a warrant for arrest will be issued immediately.

Not sure what they was trying to sell as I couldn't understand a word the woman was saying...asked her to repeat the company name, thought she said 'step on it' I said step on what love? she hung up...result!

first thing they want to know are the details from the banc card.most probably nigerians using GB number

sounded like a chav and sounded dogey telling me about a application i didn't make.
