SCAM claiming to be virgin media. They tried yesterday to scam me on a different number which I have reported if u answer it and tell them u are going to ring a trusted number for virgin media. Watch how quick they hang up
Received texts saying an engineer was coming to install broadband, had no idea what was going on. Had text from Royal Mail saying they had delivered equipment. Then had an engineer text to say he was coming! Found out he was going to a different address. Possibly a genuine error? Nothing bad has happened but annoying.

SCAM: I think it must be a scam number because he said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse which has since disbanded. he jumped in with another 'even better offer' before I'd even rejected the 1st offer.
