SCAM - clearly someone trying to get info about bank details. Rang pretending to be from my bank - starts with an automated message stating a large amount of money has been requested from account & if not authorised, press 1. Person then answers but does not know name/details etc & tries to get you to give details. Be really careful with this number - clearly fraudsters/scammers.

Another Amazon scam. Automated voice telling me that my "Amazon Purchase ???? for £1049 has been taken from your account today. Press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to someone". I don't have an Amazon account!
Sent me information on buying carbon credits after me avoiding them for weeks - now they are trying to ring me 4 times a day - I just reject the call now ..... Shame I through all their stuff in the bin as I can t remember the name or address to write to stop them calling plus they never leave messages with is even more annoying !!!!
Asian man claiming to be calling on behalf of Microsoft....usual "your computer security has been compromised". Knew my name and address. Let him go on for a while and then I got fed up/annoyed and just told him he was lying and stopped the call.

I received an email from this same guy called Tony yesterday afternoon. I suspected the email straightaway. I called the number, went to a recorded advert, I quickly cut the call off after 1min 22secs. It is a scam!!!! Please beware of this guy and/or related tricks.
They phoned me in January, February, March, April and today 1st of May 2018 ! lol Problem been their phoning an old dead number of mine, calls are logged (recorded) and any txt messages are forwarded to my new number. No web link or virus can be transferred to my new mobile yawn. Some times I miss the thrill of having to fight a virus on the old mobile "NOT" lol The old sim is NOT even in a mobile phone. I wish they would leave a voicemail message when they ring. I just missed their call and as there was no message I assumed it was a scam call. we get a lot and would never ring the number back unless there was a message left saying who it was and why they were ringing. but I would ring 150 from the landline if I'd known it was virgin regarding my problem. only trouble is that you can be waiting for over an hour before you get an answer! not happy with virgin at all.
