A male with Indian accent called at 10:20am, this morning, after 15 seconds of nothing , he said "I am calling about Your computer", At which point I told him to go away in four words, and put the phone down Dam scammers, the number is now blocked .

This is a confirmed nuisance call, in most cases this number lefts number of missed calls, probably some call centre. Seems to be a landline from London area. This number also seems to be just one from the row of similar numbers, also 02031950526 is reported.

They called me a few moments ago and, wwhen I asked where they got my number, they became rude and evasive so I hung up. An Indian sounding woman rang straight back demanding to know why I "Cut the call". We had a row and I hung up again. Believe it or not, she rang straight back again. I became quite blunt at this stage, eventually telling her to, and I'll put this euphemistically, "go forth and multiply". She lied when we argued, saying I had volunteered my number (I am ex-directory),

Had a missed call from them yesterday 19 May 2023, and tracked it to Russia Today 20 May got a message from them, pretending to be police and telling me to report to Preston Police Station regarding an incident on Sunday (tomorrow) Fraud SCAM

Same here, supposedly from Sky, this is a complete scam, I used to have Sky and had this equipment insurance but as I no longer have Sky I said I needed to cancel this and he immediately hung up the phone. 02038126247

A female voice, with an American accent, purporting to be from British Telecom, saying that my internet line would be cut off later today. I hung up before they could go any further. I am registered with TPS, but these calls keep getting through.
