Called to review a Life Assurance policy that I have never had at an address I have not been at years. Told caller he was either badly informed or a scam and he became quite abusive.
Ive had letters and emails claiming to be from both my home insurance supplier and my car insurance provider, requesting that i call this number to discuss serious issues with my accounts. However the email from my home insurance provider indicates that i had a car insurance policy with them. Im also a paperless customer and use the customer logon area to administrate my accounts. Luckily i searched the number the wanted me to call and foumd this. I dont know how these people have my policy numbers or my pe
