They say your full name, and confirm if you have carried out the transactions specified, and ask for date of birth, if you did not carry out the transactions your call will be forwarded. To make sure it was real, i hung up and went on their website to get a phone number to ring them directly, and i actually did have some fradulant transactions on my card, so they cancelled my card and sent a new c

I was called by this number to say someone was trying to purchase 200 on amazon and 700 on ebay. They first said my visa was being used I don't have a visa, then he said it could be a Mastercard?
