These people have called me over 30 times in the last 2 weeks, the minute I blocked the number they started calling from different numbers with the same code. Recoded message said it was BT technical and my broadband would be cut off today unless I pressed 1 to speak to atech person. SCAM...I have virgin cable so no way this can be legit!
Of all the nuisance calls, this is the worst we have had. Many calls per day, sometimes twice in less than half an hour. As advised by BT, when we see the number displayed, we do not answer. This has stopped other such calls eventually, but so far, it has not worked with this caller.
