Had a call from these parasites. But played along with their accident claim. Explained whilst emerging from a junction I was presented face on with the Coca Cola Lorry, being driven by Ronald McDonald. At this point she still didn't click. After about 10 mins of confirming the times dates etc. I did explain that my car wasn't damaged ( as I don't drive ) and all I do need to claim for is my soiled underpants. Got a LOT of calls from this number but it turns out my letting agents had told Virgin Media we were moving and they were trying to contact us to sort that out! Was given a new customer deal again which knocked off £20 a month. The person I dealt with was really lovely too. TL:DR it's safe!

Not sure what to label this - the call came on my work phone, no introduction, just an automated voice saying I would lose my national insurance number in court if I don't press '1' then it went silent, so I assume they wanted me to press the number and give them my bank deets
