Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.

*SCAM* Amazon Prime Renewal! (Spoofed number - Probably someones home number!) Obviously A SCAM - I don't have 'Amazon Prime' account. Recorded message/menu, that sounds totally REAL!! NB: WHY would a GLOBAL company be calling me from same Area Code!? Probably to panic people into giving out personal details (ie Bank info)!!! Best Advise: NEVER answer call from an UNEXPECTED number you DONT KNOW, let answer phone take it. Saves you a lot of hassle!

SCAM Claimed from curries trying to sell i Phone contracts caller had American accent over what sounded like a south Asian accent, claimed to be from Bangladesh working for curries when questioned. kept asking for my email address to send details.

Highly organised fraudsters claiming to be from PayPal....very convincing. Very dangerous.

SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

Indian accent claiming to be EE running a promotion. He ask for some pretty personal information. Name, address etc things EE should already have on file. Did not know the branch he was working from and was pretty adamant to get card info to enroll for the so called promotion but I had already picked up that it was a scam so no information was provided.

SPAM A guy with a scouse accent, called up saying he was from Fleetpoint Magazine, sounded very odd, almost intoxicated. Just had a call from this number saying they were from National Accident Line. Definite scam. They were asking about an accident I had a few months ago and that I was due compensation. I strung them along. "Glad you called, I went through all the details with your colleagues weeks ago. They said I was due £8k in compensation'. 'Sir this is the 1st time I've called you.' SCAM: 07480720014 is the 3rd number today, rings only a short ring then stops before you can answer, on ringback you are put on the identical hold music without ringing. Blocked all 3 numbers. Other two are: 07480720406 and 07480721769

Watch out this company is someone who is trying to get your address but first say they are shell energy but turns out be a company called toogles

This is a fake number used by scammers to try to get personal information about you. They sound very official and scary, suggesting legal action against you. I inadvertently provided them with my name, National Insurance number and name of bank before I realised that it was a phishing attempt. The caller spoke with a slightly American accent. I tried to call the number back, but it's invalid.

This is a fake call it’s a machine talking and giving wrongful allegations

Phone call from 01322553350 alternated call saying someone using my card one for 300.00 and another for 1,000 will I allow this transaction to go through press ….. then I hung up. Scam beware…

A complete SCAM. They pretend to be some in charge in your company and they ask you to buy Amazon and Apple gift cards in shops. Be careful and double check within your company.
