Googled while he was on the line and started to quote these comments to him. He offered to let me speak to a manager (as he was only a trainee), said his manager would call me back in 2/3 minutes. Declined. However, I did suggest that maybe he was in a vulnerable position and should check out his employers as he was working (apparently) from an Indian

Fraud, some number from London called me claiming there was a warrant out for me for tax evasion. Which for a first point, pretty much isn't possible as I'm employed with a large company who do my taxes for me. This is the UK after all, I don't do that myself. And second, after I gave my name I asked what organisation it was that was calling me before I'd be willing to continue and they just hung up on me.
